Age and registration

Check the age band for the specific session, whether a parent or carer needs to complete a registration form, and whether a place must be booked.

Cost and access

Ask about the current entry fee, accessibility, transport and any support or adjustments your young person might need.

What happens there

Clubs often offer games, creative activities, sport or space to spend time with friends. The organiser can explain its current programme and who will welcome you.

Youth clubs can support social connection and confidence. They are not a replacement for clinical mental health care.
